      Description

It seems that the ace:panelConfirmationDialog effects demo doesn't list all the possible effects.

The missing entries are: "Drop", "Fold", "Shake" and "Transfer".

These should be added and tested on browsers.

Shake works on show only. On hide, the dialog still shakes, but is never removed from the screen.
        Transfer fails on all browsers.
        Tested on IE9, FF 15, Chrome 21.0.1180.89

I am thinking that transfer does not work because we are not transferring to anything.
I notice that the tag does not allow any options right now for effects.
Should we add params to the component to specify where we are transferring to?

Alright, let's keep it simple for now and simply add Fold, Drop, and Shake to the show effects list in the demo, and just Fold and Drop to the hide list.
