ace:dataTable - row expansion fails in FF for maintenance branch

            Description

            This is due to the maintenance branch missing a wrapper around the row expander that was used to add padding in nested cases. This feature was never moved to maintenance branch, and the lack of this wrapper causes a complex jQiuery selector to fail, but only in FF.
