Description
Eclipse tool bundle doesn't work on eclipse 3.7 any more.
This is due to the fact that icefaces 3 requires JSF 2.1. So we added restriction on JSF facet requirement 2.1. But in Eclipse 3.7 there is no JSF facet 2.1
