ace:autoCompleteEntry shows error on IE8 when tabbing out of an empty field while required=true

            Description

            Steps to reproduce:
            1. Type some text in the field.
            2. Select that text with the mouse and hit delete
            3. Press the tab key.
            4. See error in IE8.

            This happens when required=true.

              As part of ICE-8395 and ICE-8406, various fixes and major changes were committed at revision 30375, which also solve this problem.
