The following only related to create a project structure using with netbeans.
core and component could be created with Project using existing ant build file.
However, when you add core, component into WebApplication as dependency, it
will compile the sequence as alphabet order. So the component will be built
before core.
A work around is that you add the external jar as dependency not the actualy
project. But it would be nice to make it working as smooth as possible...
I suggest if no name change, then we create a new target to invoke core's build
and Web Application will only dependency on component.
