            Make head updating behaviour configurable for now, until the feature becomes more stable.

                Added 'org.icefaces.generateHeadUpdate' configuration parameter that can be used to enable/disable the sending of the head updates that result during DOM diffing.

                By default the feature is disabled, org.icefaces.generateHeadUpdate=false.
