Description
Chrome 19 fixes webkit bug we explicitly compensate for breaking scrolling alignment. We'll be making Safari / Chrome handling distinct, and expect that Chrome users are using the updated version due to the excellent penetration of Chrome updates via their automatic updates.
We'll have to watch Safari to detect the version they adopt this fix in. Due to the number of people who may not be running their Apple Update / OSX System Update we can't make the same expectations for current Safari versions as we can with Chrome. It might be worth looking into some Apple supplied Safari usage statistics to give us an idea of how fast their new versions are adopted.
