ace:dateTimeEntry - date is null JavaScript error

            Description

            When using the ace:dateTimeEntry to select time and also using an ace:ajax tag for the component, a 'date is null' error is thrown. This prevents the time entry popup from showing. The component works fine the first time a time a selected but then the popup is no longer shown due to the error.

            This seems to only happen when the ace:ajax tag is used.

              Attached test case that shows issue.

              Steps:

              • Run welcomeICEfaces.jsf
              • Click on the Time input field
              • Select a time and click Done
              • Try to click on the input field again, error is thrown in the console and the popup isn't shown.
