            Description

            Add configuration options to table to optionally disable static headers & footers, or to optionally disable column autosizing.

            The autosizing disabled mode should ideally default to equal sized columns, with fixed sized columns used if every column gives a fixed size.

              this issue will take some effort - the current IE7 compat mode that will become the autosizing disabled mode will have to be tested for cross browser compat and expanded to accommodate a fixed size mode.

              However IE7 itself can't support fixed sizes, so we either can't do them in the new un-autosized mode, or we have an IE7 compat mode for our new mode- where it doesn't support fixed size ever.
