create ICEfaces welcome page for netbeans starting from 7.1.2

            Description

            my name is Martin Fousek and I'm currently maintainer of JSF support in NetBeans IDE. Recenly I implemented feature that by new web project creation can be included JSF framework with ICEfaces component library which generates sample welcome page with link to your documentation.

            If you would be interested in, you can download latest bits and try it there:
            http://bits.netbeans.org/download/trunk/nightly/
            However there is required to create manually your ICEfaces library for now.

            And now why I'm writting to you... I would like to ask you if you wouldn't be interested in producing welcome page which could represent better your component library.
