ice:panelPopup produces "Invalid chunk ignored" warning on console on Tomcat

            Description

            Deploy and Run attached sample application on Tomcat. Open Panel Popup. "Invalid chunk ignored" warning will be displayed in log.
            This issue only happens if draggable is set to true.

            Note: This is similar to ICE-4358

              Bug - A problem which impairs or prevents the functions of the product. ICE-4358 ice:panelConfirmation produces log messages "WARNING: Parameters: Invalid chunk ignored." and chrashed tomcat after a while!

                I was able to reproduce this issue on my machine with 1.8.2 P3 jars, but the problem seems to be resolved when swapping P3 jars with a recent 1.8.2 P4 code build.
