Description
With the current ICEfaces trunk code, the panelTooltip displays far away from the panelGroup that it is set for. This makes interacting with the tooltip (copying the info on the tooltip for example) not possible since the tooltip is hidden when the mouse is moved away.
This is not an issue with the ICEfaces EE 1.8.2 P03 release and can be seen on Firefox and IE browsers.

Attached test case that shows this issue. Run basic.iface URL and hover the mouse over the blue area.
