DateTimeEntry: ace:ajax event 'dateTextChange' causing JS errors when triggered

            Description

            When the dateTextChange client event is triggered there is a JS error seen and the values are not updated on the page:

            Firefox 10:

            To reproduce:
            1. Build / deploy test application from location above (or take attached .war file)
            2. Navigate to Calendar Ajax test
            3. Use the second test to reproduce the errors ("dateTextChange" Event Test)

              Trunk has the new way of calling ice.ace.ab(); maintenance branch still uses the old way.
