ace:dataTable - issue with using a single top column for a header column group

            Description

            When trying to display an ace:dataTable that uses a single column for the top header column group, the table does not display. No errors are shown in the console and the following is shown in the server logs:

            SEVERE: Diff propagated to root but no ID set [html: null]

              Steps to reproduce:

              • Load app
              • Click on Populate button, nothing happens.
