Even though I cannot reproduce it, but it looks like real in the customer side.

It looks like it is platform related issue as per customer's description. To me it could be threading issue for eclipse on some platforms. It is about GUI widget enable/disable..
In order to workaround this possible issue, I changed how the configure panel works. Instead of enable/disable checkbox by checking library existence, I take proactive approach, which use validate to validate the selection.
This will come with new release.
