ace:dataTable - expansionToggler does not work with scrollable dataTable.

            Description

            If the ace:dataTable has scrollable=true and has an ace:expansionToggler used for either the ace:panelExpansion or ace:rowExpansion, clicking on the toggler icon has no effect. Setting scrollable to false allows the icon to be selected and the expansion is shown.
