ice:dataExporter does generate row span in exported file

            Description

            Rather than generate a row span, the exported data (when viewed in excel) is simply repeated over the necessary number of rows. See attached screenshot and test case.

              The ExcelExportAdapter would need to be enhanced to detect rowspans and try to implement them in a way that Excel would understand. Not sure this is even feasible.
