            The ace:tooltip may work as an alternative.

            Description

            The fixes made in ICE-6285 have not resolved the issue for the ICEfaces 2.x/3.x releases. With org.icefaces.blockUIOnSubmit=true, hovering over a tooltip with a displayListener set for it causes the tooltip open and close continuously causing a flickering.

            Setting org.icefaces.blockUIOnSubmit=false does not show this issue.
