            Description

            Stop executing submit related status indicators when submit is triggered by push notifications. This strategy is already used by blockUIOnSubmit feature. Factor out common functionality.

              Changed onBeforeSubmit notification to invoke the callbacks only during form submits triggered by the user. The bridge will assume a non-user initiated submit when the submitting source element is the hidden form used for retrieving the async updates.
