selectInputText drop down displays incorrectly when used in a popup and in IE9

            Use IE7 Standard mode in IE9

            Description

            A panelPopup contains a selectInputText component. When displaying the page in IE9 (IE9 standards mode), the options drop down is displayed far away from the inputField. This only occurs in IE9 and when running in IE9 standards mode. If using IE7 standards mode it displays fine and same with any older IE version (IE7, IE8).
