Description
We need to replace the existing comp-suite progressBar demo with the following expanded set of demos:
1. Server-side - this would use a button on the page to increment the progress on the server by 10% and the response would render the updated progress in the component.
2. Server-side w/ Polling - this would use the ajax attribute to setup a server-poll to check progress every 4 seconds. The app. can increment the progress with each lifecycle on the server.
3. Server-side w/ Push - This use ICEfaces Ajax Push to increment progress on the server. 10% every second.
4. Client-side - this would use a button on the page with a JS eventHandler that would increment the progress by 10% for each press via JS function call (no server-roundtrip at all).
5. Client-side w/ progressListener - Same as above but each progress change would fire the new progressListener event, which would render an output text on the page to indicate the event has been fired.
