Description
The strategy we use to pre-load the ckeditor.js resources results in a URL that is not valid when running under JSF 2:
http://localhost:8080/comp-suite-portlet/icefaces/resource/LTE5NDk5MzQyNTU=//ckeditor.js
The above results in a 404 not found. In ICEfaces 1.x, we used to rely on our own servlet to do this but we should now be trying to ensure that a proper URL is generated for the environment we are running in.
