outputChart does not work with PushRenderer

            Description

            The attached test case has a Spring bean called DashboardTabBean that uses a class called PushGroup to push out updated values to the ice:outputChart component. Since Spring is used and push is called in a run() method, the portableRenderer is used. The issue is that the first push works as expected (chart is updated) but no additional updates are rendered. The adjacent outputText on the page shows that different values are being push on the interval to the UI. It looks like the outputChart may need to be modified to support this type of push scenario.
