Multiple dateTimeEntry components on the page takes too long to load

      Description

      When there are a few dateTimeEntry components on a single page, the components can take anywhere from 3 to 6 seconds to be loaded on the page once the page is rendered.

      I can see this issue in Firefox, and in IE7/8

        Can't run app. after deploying war file. See screenshot 1. Also there is no Java source in war file.

        Once war file is deployed you need to navigate to the welcomeICEfaces.jsf page.
