Add autocomplete pass thru attribute to the following components

              The autocomplete attribute added to the above components, and .tld has been
              modified as well.

              Now assiging to Frank to integrate it with Creator.

              Creator webui using Form
              as boolean where autoComplete is method name not autocomplete as string.

              For the time being, our Form Renderer take over Form rendering so. it will not
              check this attribute. Individual component will output this attribute.

              Simplified the problem, so we will not respect autoComplet method in webui Form.
              But individual component works fine as it will output its own attribute.

              It is late that we will not change our Form renderer to adapt to this one.

              Review the form renderer for webui in the future ...

              I believed this one is fixed at that time.

              Verified again in the component-metadata.

              It is using the following and referenced in relevant components.
              ice_properties/ice-att-autoComplete-props.xml

              Needs to test again at HEAD build.
