´B is null´ js error thrown

            Description

            The entry page has a commandButton with a panelTooltip. When you navigate to the next page and as soon as hover over the dataTable, a "B is null" javascript error is thrown repeatedly. See attached screen shot and test case (http://localhost:8080/sc10105a/).

              Changed tooltip renderers to render the JS code un-escaped. Modified tooltip handling JS functions to exit right away when the tooltip element is not part of the document anymore (removed by a DOM update).
