            Description

            Some browsers offer enhanced capabilities, such as camera and microphone APIs. This utility method tests for such a browser.

              Seems like we should be testing for each specific capability, not the notion of "enhancedBrowser" as this will fall down almost immediately when one feature is supported well but not another.

              Feature detection can be added (as necessary) in addition to the main browser detection method.
