Description
The dataPaginator component is displaying incorrectly when vertical="true" is set.
The next, fastforward, and fastend buttons are displayed in the same table row as the pages (see attached screenshot). The rendered code (see attached Firebug screenshot) clearly shows that an additional <tr> is needed, as the pages and last three buttons are all in the same table row.
