<ace:tabSet> doesn't work if DOM diffing is disabled

            Description

            If I use

                <context-param>
                    <param-name>org.icefaces.render.auto</param-name>
                    <param-value>false</param-value>
                </context-param>

            all <ace:tabSet> do not work anymore. Clicking on a tab doesn't have an effect at all, no request is submitted.

            Additionally, the styling is missing.
