            Description

            Scopes: application scope fails on IE (clicking on + button is not incrementing the counter after the first time)
            JS error seen (screenshot-1)

            ElementUpdate: Input Elements Common is failing on IE
            click on value button then click on className button, same JS error as seen on scopes application page (screenshot-1)

              The fix for IE+JSF style attribute update issue (ICE-6480) is executed for all element types.

              The fix was meant only for input elements, so as final solution added test to make sure that the style attribute is changed only when the DOM update targets an input element.
