blank URL does not return a content type

            Description

            The URL /xmlhttp/blank is served by the CompatResourceServlet and does not return a content type to the browser. Previously, prior to IF 2.0, the content type of 'text/html' was returned. The lack of content type is causing rendering issues in some browsers.
