fileEntry property for auto-clearing file after upload

            Description

            After the form is submitted, the fileEntry component uploads a file, and the page updates, then the fileEntry component continues to refer to the selected file. If the user then clicks to submit the form again, the file will be re-uploaded. Applications may wish to turn on an auto-clear property, where the file selection would be cleared after upload, so that subsequent submits would not redundantly re-upload the same file.
