Description
Introduce exception object that can capture the call stack at the time of creation. This feature should help with debugging and error reporting.

The mechanism created for capturing the call stack, while working very well, cannot be fully integrated with the native exception handling. Because of this and also the availability of good JS debuggers for all the major browsers makes this feature less desirable. Only IE6 would profit from it.
