Regression: PanelConfirmation is not working

            Description

            Issue can be reproduced on compat-component-showcase.
            When user clicks on any button of a panelConfirmation the following error pops up in firebug console and the server-side action which should be triggered on an "OK" does not get executed:

            Ice.modal.rollbacks is undefined
            http://localhost:8080/.../javax.faces.resource/icefaces-compat.js.xhtml

                Modified test to make sure event handlers are disabled only once. Replaced the usage of $enumerate and Array.broadcast functions with native code since these were not ported into ICEfaces2.0.

                Icefaces2 revision# 23643
                Server: Tomcat6
                Browser: FF3.6 Opera10.60 & IE8

                Confirmation Panel tested successfully on FF & IE browser.
                Problem still exists on Opera10.60 ( ICE-6395 open)
