Consolidate all ICEfaces 2 sample apps under a single directory

            Description

            Currently, the sample applications for ICEfaces2 are spread out in 3 distinct locations in the repo and bundle. In order to improve "discoverability" and use of these sample apps. we need to consolidate them under a single location.

            The current locations are:

            - icefaces/ace/samples/showcase
            - icefaces/compat/samples/...
            - icefaces/samples


            The consolidated location should be:

            - icefaces/samples/... (stays the same)
            - icefaces/samples/ace/...
            - icefaces/samples/compat/...

            Note that the sample builds will need to be adjusted to account for the new location. All ICEfaces 2 libs should be pulled from the icefaces/lib dir exclusively.

            Note that this JIRA relates/impacts ICE-6180 also.
