REGRESSION: Session expiry causes Component Showcase to try to navigate to "null"

            Description

            Using the Comp. Showcase app., allow the app. to session-expire. Instead of seeing the Session Expired popup and/or the outputConnectionStatus change to disconnected, the page attempts to navigate to "http://localhost:8080/component-showcase/null".

                Tested successfully on icefaces1.8 trunk revision# 23222 using jsp component-showcase with and without cookies=false, on Tomcat6 & FF3.6 browser.
