create maven archetypes to generate ACE facelet applications as well as compat+ACE facelet applications

original commit for 2.0.0 release. 3 pages including a main page (just splash) as well as a page showing fileEntry of ace with compat dataTable, third page shows ace tabSet component (clientSide) with dragDrop in one pane and compat tree in other.
Note that drag target is not showing proper styling.
Further development will include slider and dateEntry as well as checkboxButton in compat containers.

two slight problems remain in "all" archetype rev 24959 TabSet is loading the page before resources are all present (takes a second or two to view all the icons for the tree example but page is interactive).
Also, facesMessages from fileEntry are not disappearing upon post-back (click on another item on the navigation pane and do other examples, and facesMessages are still present.
