Unable to replicate the problem.
I tried with JSF 2.0.3 and 2.0.4(b05) against Tomcat and Glassfish. Used Firefox, Safari, and Chrome and was able to download the file using all the links. Tested against the latest in the ICEfaces 2 trunk and also tried reverting back to the revision where the problem was originally reported and didn't see any issues.
Need further instructions on how to reproduce or confirmation that the problem is no longer valid.
