            Description


            1, include icefaces 2.0 beta2 and dependent only
            2, re-factor current one so that only icefaces 2.9 is supported (remove 1.8.2) (6060)
            3. add more selection on wizard so that icepush, sparkle, compat are optional. can be selected or deselected
            4. separate icepush from icefaces core.
            5. re-organize palette items so that some 1.8 components which are not available in compat are removed from palette
            6. add sparkle component palette items. Each with snippet
            7. add link/outputStyle to welcomePage, template, and template client under compat mode (6061)
            8. re-factor template engine using freemarker to generate welcomepage, template/template client, icefaces facelet page based on logic of with sparkle component, compat only.
