            Description

            Add localization support to dateTimeEntry.

            Feature needs to support use of server-side localization files so that new localizations, etc. can be added via addition of std. Java localization files on the server, without require direct JS coding, etc.

              Done. No need for locale resource files as all the month and weekday names are obtained from the DateFormatSymbols class. Left and right arrorws reappear after clean check out and build.
