Update to final version of Servlet 3 API library

            Description

            The version of javax.servlet.jar, which is the Servlet 3 version of the API, is not quite the final version and there were some minor modifications in the final version that impact some of our internal framework code. Then main changes are in the ProxyHttpServletRequest class which implements the HttpServletRequest interface. There are a couple of methods where the return type of the methods was slightly alterered. So we need to update to the latest library an adjust the methods in ProxyHttpServletRequest to match.
