Setting tabindex on selectInputText places focus on parent container and not the inputText

            Description

            Setting the tabindex on the selectInputText results in the parent container receiving focus and not the actual inputText itself. From a users perspective, It makes sense to apply focus to the inputText so that they can interact with the component.
