Regression: ICE-2763 is not behaving as expected

            Description

            Test case available at '\repo\qa\trunk\Regression\Nightly\ICE-2763'

            1) load the application
            radio button 'en' is selected
            f:loadBundle = Message One
            ice:loadBundle = Message Two
            ice:loadBundle with Dynamic base name = Message Two

            2) select radio button 'es'
            f:loadBundle = Conjunto de Componentes de ICEfaces One
            ice:loadBundle = Conjunto de Componentes de ICEfaces Two
            ice:loadBundle with Dynamic base name = Conjunto de Componentes de ICEfaces Two

            3) select radio button 'messages2'
            f:loadBundle = Message One
            ice:loadBundle = Conjunto de Componentes de ICEfaces Two
            ice:loadBundle with Dynamic base name = Conjunto de Componentes de ICEfaces Two

            The testcase is failing because
            f:loadBundle value should be = Conjunto de Componentes de ICEfaces One

              I tested ICE-2763 and I believe that it's working correctly. We created the ice:loadBundle component because f:loadBundle could not be easily changed dynamically so the behaviour in the test case appears to be correct - f:loadBundle doesn't change and ice:loadBundle changes when the radio button is switched between 'en' and 'es'.
