            Description

            Load the application on IE, Opera & FF browsers.
            Notice the difference in the height of the Vertical PanelDivider, it is almost 3 times the height on FF or Opera browsers.

              This happens in the trunk version as well. See screenshots 1 and 2. Therefore it is not a compat regression.

              Tested successfully on Icefaces2 revision# 22099.
              Passed in nightly regression test.
