Use Maven archetype to create sparkle component test/showcase project

            Description

            When using the ICEfaces 2 Component Platform, developers should have access to a mechanism for setting up all the necessary files for creating a sample application, for running their new component, they've already created, or are in the process of creating. A likely way to implement this would be via Maven 2 archetype.

            Another use case for this functionality is for IDE integration with IDEs that we don't specifically support, but which do support Maven. In that scenario, we should probably create an ICEfaces 2 compat + sparkle application project.
