Draggable popup becomes attached to cursor when dragged to taskbar in IE

            Description

            Similar to ICE-5509, the popup becomes attached to the cursor when dragged down to the task bar in IE7. The fix for 5509 needs to be applied for this scenario as well.

              And what is the task bar in IE7? And what do you mean by "dragged down" (not up?)?

              I can reproduce the issue on the top and bottom of the browser with IE7 and IE8 using 1.8.2 EE P01 http://www.screencast.com/t/ZDQ3ZTJlZmMt.

              To reproduce, drag the popup down to the bottom or top portions of the browser window. With the cursor on this area, release. Then move the mouse back into the window to see the popup now attached to the cursor.

              Original fix for ICE-5509 had side effects and was backed out from trunk and 1.8.2 EE P01. A new fix was committed to trunk after 1.8.2 EE P01 was released. Therefore 1.8.2 EE P01 version doesn't have the fix yet. Please make sure the version you have problem with (1.8.1?) has the fix applied as in trunk.

              [2010-08-03 11:53:38 AM] Yip: You can create patch (I use Intellij or Tortoise svn) and apply patch. Otherwise just do it manually. I will send you screen shots and you can copy and paste from file according to screenshots.
