            Description

            New ICEfaces 2 sparkle components need design time renderers.
            All attributes for new sparkle components will be generated from annotation of component code. But design time renderers still need implementing manually.

            Due to the nature of YUI dependency of new Sparkle components, all new design time renderers have to mimic the looking of YUI components.
