REGRESSION: Scopes application (window scope) not working properly

      Description

      Click on windows scope link to navigate to its page
      Default value of the counter is '0'
      click on plus button to increment counter value to '2'
      click on 'Goto PageB'
      The counter value should still be '2'
      click on minus button to decrement the counter value to '1'
      click on 'back to the test index' link to navigate to the index page
      now click on 'windows scope test' link again
      The counter value displayed now it '0' (it should have been '1')
      Hence the test fails.

        Window scope is not working in Opera is confirmed. However, Opera handles window onunload events differently and is a rarely used browser, so this may be acceptable.

        Window scope does not survive a transition across a non-ICEfaces page, this is a known limitation.
