            Use the rendered attribute to toggle the popup

            Description

            A panelPopup is rendered by default on a page. This popup uses the visible attribute to toggle the popup. When rendered in IE, any interaction with the page or scrolling of the page causes the browser to freeze up. This does not occur in Firefox.
