CLONE - sample builds for OC4J missing required el-api.jar, and el-ri.jars

            Add the el-api.jar to the .war-file's WEB-INF/lib/ directory

            Description

            The auctionMonitor application when build using the OC4J target does not contain the el-api.jar in the resulting .war-file. Might also require the el-ri.jar, to be confirmed.
